Tolbert Maternity Session

This past Sunday, Alysa and I helped install Matt and Joey’s nursery. Alysa designed the whole nursery, by the way. You can see some detailed shots of the nursery here.
Once the nursery was done, we shot their maternity session. We did the whole session in the nursery, mainly because the nursery looked so great, but also because it was raining. We had a great time with them. Here are some of my favorites.

Kelli Jo and Danny are Married!

Joyful. That’s the best way to describe Kelli Jo and Danny’s wedding day. These two people were destined for each other and it showed! From the day we met them at their engagement session in Rome, GA we knew that they were each others’ perfect match.
Alysa and I wish you both the best and pray for many blessing in your new life together. Thank you for allowing us to document and capture the moments of your wedding day.
There are a bunch of great moments from their wedding, but we’ve pulled out a small handful of the highlights.
Each bridesmaid had a slightly different designed brooch. They were so cool!

The groom’s cake was awesome – it was a Corvette (Danny’s dream car). I couldn’t believe that this was actually a cake. How’d they do it?
We are also thrilled to see the engagement photos all over everything! Kelli Jo’s aunt printed them onto fabric pieces and sewed them into a quilt, the ring and bible pillows, and onto a cameo that was on the garter! The images looked great and I’m so happy that they used the images so well.
These last few shots are from Berry College, where we shot half of their engagement session. After the wedding we headed down the road and had a nice relaxed portrait session and both sets of parents came along – it was a great time!
Welcome, Asher Scott

On June 22 Asher Scott was born into the Licht family. About a month ago we shot Louis and Stacy’s maternity session and have been looking forward to meeting Asher Scott for his newborn session. Asher was 7 days old for his newborn session and he looked great! Alysa and I were amazed at how alert and active he was for such a new baby! We are so excited for our friends Louis and Stacy for this new addition to their marriage and the beginning of their new family. Here are a few of my favorites from the session.
Lindsey and Justin are Married!

On June 22, Lindsey and Justin were married in Petoskey, MI. They were married at the Perry Hotel on The Veranda that overlooks Lake Michigan. Justin is my brother-in-law and I was honored to be an “honorary groomsman” as well as the wedding photographer. I’m so excited to have Lindsey as my new sister. She was amazingly beautiful on her wedding day and Justin was very GQ. Here are a few of my favorites from the wedding day. I am still working on processing the rest of the images that will be made available to view on myADP at a later date. I’ll be sure to let you know here on the adpblog when they’re ready.
