Kaltrina and Matthew are Married

May 28, 2009 | Category: Weddings | 4 Comments

Our first wedding of the new season finally is here! We have been anxiously waiting for Kaltrina and Matthew’s wedding for several months and it was worth the wait. We had wonderful afternoon and evening at TROIS in downtown Atlanta despite the rain. The ceremony was moved inside due to the weather forecast but that didn’t put a damper on a very joyous celebration. We are honored to have been there to document such an important day for Kaltrina and Matthew and we are thrilled to have made some new friends as well!

As always, we have put together several of our favorites of the day. It was hard to keep the favorites to a handful, so we are posting more photos than usual. You’ll just have to deal with it! Enjoy the moments!

Kaltrina is a gorgeous bride! Matthew is a lucky man.

Kaltrina sharing a moment with her mother after the ceremony.

“Do a little dance, make a little love… get down tonight!”

This is one of my favorites images from the wedding. This image isn’t in perfect focus and the lighting isn’t great, but the moment is priceless and beautiful. This image is what I think a memory feels like – the mental image is there in your mind but it’s not completely crisp, and more “felt” than seen.

AAA Golf Tournament

May 12, 2009 | Category: Events, Personal | Leave a Comment

Atlanta Adventist Academy (AAA) hosted a golf tournament at Orchard Hills Golf Course in Newnan, GA. I am proud to have been a sponsor and take some photos of the events of the day. The course was in great shape and the weather was great until about the 14th hole. The lightning came out and we were called back to the clubhouse, but not before we were drenched on the drive back to the golf cart garage. I don’t think I’ve ever been so wet in regular clothes. We had a great time and raised money to help pay for the school’s athletic department needs.

Putting competition.

Prizes and giveaways.

The shock after his 60-foot putt for $10,000 hits the pin and ricochets out! We were all stunned at the incredible putt and couldn’t believe our eyes. He’s my hero.
