While in Clearlake, CA last week, we were able to fit in a family session with Alysa’s cousins at the Anderson Marsh State Historic Park. The boys were so fun to play with and capture them just being themselves. Luke ran around looking for lizards and threw rocks into the open field next to the park, while Eli just giggled and had a good time making us all laugh. We were able to get them all to hold still together a few times but did our best to just capture the whole family’s individual and collective personalities. We had a great time spending time with our family who we rarely get to see. We love you guys! Thanks for doing this session with us!

This picture on the left is even funnier when you realize what a family expression that is! Alysa has pictures of herself making that same face at this age!

Luke is quite the visionary. He picked out textures that he knew we would want to photograph in rocks and tree trunks and actually created this pose for us himself! He even told everyone where to stand. Thanks Luke! Maybe you should be a photographer someday!
