Is your website secure? Locating Photographs and Navigating myADP Q: When will my event photographs be available for viewing? A: We work as fast we we can to post your images for viewing. Portrait sessions are usually available within 5-7 business days after your shoot, weddings and events can take between 4-6 weeks. back to top Q: How do I find my photograph once the event photographs are available for viewing? A: Once the photographs are posted online, you can access the photographs by finding and clicking on your event name on either the site's home page (www.alandarmody.com/myADP), clicking on the “Search” link on the menu at the top of your screen and search by name or ID number, or, if your gallery is expired, by clicking on the “Archived Galleries” link, also in the menu along the top of your screen. Once you are on an event page, you can click on the thumbnails you wish to view and us the “Next” and “Previous” buttons to navigate through your images. back to top Q: How do I make pictures larger for closer inspection? A: Once you’ve clicked on a thumbnail on a specific image, you can click “Enlarge Image” and a large version of this image will pop up. You can also navigate through images in this larger view by clicking the “Next” and “Previous” buttons above the large preview image. Click “Back to Cart Page” to get back to the previous smaller view. back to top Q: There are a several poses that are very similar. How can I compare them to choose my favorite? A: Once you’ve clicked on the thumbnail of the first pose you’re considering and you’re in the main photo viewer, click on “Hold to Compare” at the bottom left of the picture. myADP will hold a copy of this image in a comparison viewer. Do this to every image you need to compare with the first. Once you have included every pose, click on “Compare My Images” at the top left of your image. A screen with your selected images will pop up. You can enlarge the images further in another window to better see details by clicking “Enlarge Image.” You can also add the image you’ve chosen to your cart for purchase by clicking “Add to Cart/Return to Image” and you will be directed back to your main view where you can add your selections to your cart. When you are finished with compared images, either click “Remove from Comparison” on any photo you wish to remove, or to clear all compared images, click on “Clear Comparison Images” at the top left of your screen. back to top Q: I was at an event ADP photographed. Do you have photographs of every participant for every event? A: Unfortunately, not always. While we do our best to capture top-quality, identifiable photographs of every participant, the circumstances of event photography make this challenging. While Alan Darmody Photography strives to be known for its coverage, quality, and customer experience, there are always a few participants who manage to sneak by our photographers. back to top Ordering Online: Q: How do I order a photo? A: Here are step by step instructions for your convenience!

A: We do our best to process your order within 24 hours. Our lab will accept the images, print them, package and ship them directly to you via USPS. Please allow 4-6 days for delivery once your order has been processed. To find updated information about your order, please log-in to your account and click on "My Orders" in the navigation bar. You will also receive email notification when your order has been shipped. back to top Image Processing and Customer Service: Q: Will the photo I receive have similar quality to the one I see in the proof on the screen? A: The proofs you see online are screen-resolution representations and are lower quality and resolution than the actual images from which enlargements are printed. This technology allows visitors to the web site to view images which load up quickly, even over slow Internet connections, while still allowing ADP to achieve top-quality prints when an order is placed. Your prints will have higher and better resolution than those viewed over the web. back to top Q: Why are there different crops for different sizes? Will the crop shown in my preview be the crop I get? A: As photographs are enlarged, the height/width ratio changes, so the print you receive may require cropping from the pictures' edges. ADP's lab addresses each image individually at the time of printing to determine the best manner to crop images to preserve the shot's appearance. back to top Q: What type of process does ADP use to print photos? A: Alan Darmody Photography employs a professional printing lab with state-of-the-art digital processing printing equipment. All images are printed on proessional, high-quality photo paper. back to top Q: Are your photos guaranteed? A: ADP is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a replacement order or a full refund. (Note: We only require that you return the item if you are requesting a full refund, less shipping) We will pay for shipping costs if the replacement order is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged product). If the product was not damaged, defective or ordered incorrectly on our account, you are responsible for all shipping charges on the replacement order. If you are inquiring about your order after the 30 day marker you will be charged all fees for replacement. To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and be sure to include a letter specifying the reason for the return along with your original order number. back to top Privacy and Security: Q: Is my credit card safe to submit online?
